Rest Well with Ayurvedic products by Mauli Rituals

Mauli Rituals is a beautiful UK-based brand rooted in Ayurveda, the traditional medicine system from the Indian subcontinent. I recently got a chance to try some Mauli Rituals body products which are so delightful to use I had to share!

Ayurveda is a practice that uses various types of therapies from herbal blends to meditation or massage (and more) to treat a wide variety of malaise and conditions that people suffer from. Ayurveda is a vast topic, here is a brief introduction from a reputable Institute.

One of the base principles of Ayurveda is the balancing of the Doshas, loosly translated as energy types, The dosas compose everything, especially in our bodies. One balances the energies in the body with what we consume and our environment to create harmony in the system. I took a dosha test 20+ years ago when I began working in an Aveda Salon, and funnily, my dosha is still the same!
