Mauli Rituals is a beautiful UK-based brand rooted in Ayurveda, the traditional medicine system from the Indian subcontinent. I first Mauli a few years ago, with the body and sleep ranges, but have fallen more and more in love with all the products and how easy, simple and beautiful they are.

One of the basic principles of Ayurveda is the balancing of the Doshas, loosely translated as energy types, The doshas compose everything, especially in our bodies. One balances the energies in the body with what we consume and our environment to create harmony in the system. I took a dosha test 20+ years ago when I began working in an Aveda Salon, and funnily, my dosha is still the same!
